The Miss North Shore Pageant is the official local preliminary competition to the Miss Minnesota Scholarship Program, which is the official state preliminary competition to the Miss America Pageant, the largest source of scholarships for women in the world.
More than $45,000,000 and $20,000 in scholarships were awarded at the Miss America and Miss Minnesota Pageant respectively last year. Local preliminary is ont of the many ways the Winter Frolic Committee is bringing fun and entertainment for the entire family to our community during the long winter months.
You are guaranteed to enjoy yourself (thanks to the volunteers, we put on a great show). One of these girls will be preparing for the time of her life at Miss Minnesota week in June 2012.
Winner - Min $500 Scholarship
Community Service Essay - $100 (Sponsor the Viking Legends Bar & Grill)
Must be 17-24 by June 2011.

Miss America & Children's Miracle Network, Gillette Children's Hospital/Duluth
All Contestants are required to raise money to be donated to the Children's Miracle Network.
Local Level Requirement: $100
State Level Requirement: $250
America Level Requirement: $500
